What will you do as HRBP Industrial (Vinnytsia, priority location, or Kyiv office)

• To act as a strategic HR Business Partner for the production direction at all plants in Ukraine, ensuring that HR strategy, organizational structure and personnel planning are aligned with the company's business goals.
• Collaborate with business unit leaders to improve organizational effectiveness, change management, cultural transformation, and foster a work environment based on corporate values.
• To act as a reliable advisor on labor relations, trade union relations, labor law, compliance and HR management, working closely with all stakeholders.
• Lead talent management and succession planning initiatives, ensuring the development of the managers' talent pool, critical competencies, and long-term workforce potential.
• Collaborate with HR Centers of Expertise to implement talent management, performance evaluation, training and development, employee engagement, and reward programs that support business priorities and promote staff retention.
• Use HR analytics, data, and HR insights to identify trends, support decision-making, and provide effective HR solutions and recommendations.
• Promote a high level of employee engagement and open communication by promoting corporate values, ethical behavior, and a positive work culture in all locations.
• Manage a team of 4 direct reports.

What we expect from our future colleague

• More than 10 years of experience in the field of HR in the manufacturing sector. Experience in international companies will be an advantage.
• At least 3 years of team management experience.
• Initiative, ability to make decisions independently and work without constant control, proactive approach to solving problems and difficult situations.
• Flexibility in prioritizing and managing multiple tasks simultaneously in high-load environments.
• Fluency in English and Ukrainian.
• Preferred: knowledge of C and SuccessFactors systems.
• If the selected candidate will work in Kyiv, business trips to the Vinnytsia plant are expected every two weeks.
